Contemporary music

Contemporary music is music that is made right now, instead of a long time ago like when your parents were kids.

It can be lots of different types of music like pop, rock, hip-hop, jazz, country, and more. Contemporary musicians use instruments like guitars, drums, pianos, and keyboards but they also use computers to make sounds with special software.

Sometimes the words in contemporary music are about things that are happening today, like a song about how everyone is using their phones too much. Other times the words are just about love, friendship or other things we all experience.

Contemporary music is really cool because it’s always changing and evolving with new sounds and styles. There are lots of different types of contemporary music out there, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
