ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Core frame model

Imagine you're building a puzzle. The puzzle is made of pieces that fit together perfectly. Each piece is important, but there is one piece that is very special. That special piece is called the core piece.

In the same way, a building also has a core piece. This core piece is called the core frame. It's like the skeleton of the building that holds it all together.

The core frame is made up of really strong materials, like steel or concrete. It's located in the center of the building and usually runs from the bottom all the way to the top. This ensures that the building is sturdy and won't collapse.

The core frame also helps the building withstand forces like wind and earthquakes. It's like a superhero, protecting the building from danger!

So next time you see a building, remember the core frame is the superhero that holds everything together and keeps it safe.
