Corineus

Corineus is a character from a story called "Brutus of Troy". It's a really old story that people used to tell each other a long time ago, like before there were even cars or telephones.

So, Corineus was a really strong and tough guy who lived a long, long time ago in a place called Britain. He was a part of a group of people called the Trojans who were led by someone named Brutus. They traveled all the way from a place called Troy, which is really far away, to Britain.

When they got there, they found out that the people who already lived in Britain were not happy about the Trojans showing up. So, there were big battles between the Trojans and the people who were already there. Corineus was really good at fighting, so he was able to help the Trojans win a lot of the battles.

One day, there was a really big and strong guy named Gogmagog that came out from a hill and challenged one of the Trojans to a fight. Everybody was scared because Gogmagog was supposed to be really strong and tough. But Corineus was brave and he volunteered to fight him. They had a really tough battle, but in the end, Corineus was able to throw him off the hill and Gogmagog died.

After that, Corineus was considered a big hero and everybody was really happy that he was part of their group. And that's the story of Corineus!
