Cornish game hen

Cornish game hen is a type of bird that is smaller than a regular chicken. It's usually about the size of a big apple or a small grapefruit. The Cornish game hen was actually originally bred in England, in a place called Cornwall.

These little hens are delicious to eat and are often served at fancy dinners or special occasions. They have a really tender meat that is usually cooked by roasting them in the oven.

Even though they're called "hens," Cornish game hens can be both male and female. They are usually about five or six weeks old when they are ready to be eaten, which is much younger than chickens, which are usually about six months old by the time they are ready to be eaten.

So, in summary, Cornish game hen is a small bird that is tasty to eat and easy to cook, and it was originally bred in England.
