Cosmological horizons are a bit like the edge of the universe. Just like in the movie "Inside Out", you can imagine that if the universe was like a big building or city, the cosmological horizon would be like the edge of the city. It's a place where we can't see anything past it because it's too far away from us. The horizon is constantly growing as the universe expands. It takes light from very distant parts of the universe too long to reach us, so we can't see it. We can only observe things that are close to us.
