Cotoletta

Cotoletta is a food that's kind of like a big, flat, crispy chicken nugget. It's made by taking a big piece of meat (usually chicken or pork), pounding it really thin with a special hammer, and then putting it in some special stuff like flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Then, it's fried in hot oil until it gets all golden brown and crispy on the outside, and juicy and tender on the inside.

It's a really popular food in Italy, where it originally comes from, but you can find it in other places too. Some people like to eat it with lemon squeezed over the top, or with a little bit of tomato sauce on the side. It's a pretty tasty meal that's perfect for when you want something crispy and satisfying.
