Court of Appeals in Cases of Capture

Okay kiddo, sometimes, when a bad person does something wrong and gets caught, they go to court to be punished for their actions. But sometimes, there are disagreements and questions about how they got caught and if everything was done fairly. That's where the Court of Appeals comes in.

The Court of Appeals is a special group of judges who look at cases that involve captures. Basically, they read through all the evidence and information that was used to catch the bad person and make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be. They want to make sure that nobody's rights were violated and everyone involved followed the rules.

If they find that everything was done correctly, then the person who did something bad will stay in jail or get the punishment they were given. But if the Court of Appeals finds that something wasn't done the right way, they might say that the bad person should be let go or that they need a new trial.

So basically, the Court of Appeals checks to make sure that everything was done correctly when someone is caught doing something wrong, and makes sure that nobody's rights were violated. They want to make sure that justice is done in a fair and honest way.
