Cramming (fraud)

Cramming is a type of fraud when someone adds extra charges to things you buy. For example, they might add a charge for something you didn't even buy and then ask you to pay for it. It's like someone putting extra stuff in your shopping cart without telling you, and then you having to pay for it at the cash register. Cramming is illegal and it's very bad for people to do. If you think someone is trying to scam you this way, you should contact the authorities for help.
