Crime-Free Multi-Housing

Crime-free multifamily housing is a program designed to help keep people living in apartments and other multi-family homes safe from crime. It sets rules that all tenants must follow, like no loud noise or fighting, no using drugs or alcohol, no guns or weapons, and no breaking the law. If someone breaks any of the rules, the landlord can take action to make sure the person is not allowed to live there anymore. This helps keep the apartment complex or home safe from people who might cause trouble.
