For example, in East Africa, there are a lot of spices and fruits, so they use a lot of those in their cooking. In South Africa, they have a lot of seafood and game meat, like ostrich and antelope, which they use in their dishes.

People in Africa also use a lot of different spices and seasonings in their cooking to make their food really flavorful. Some common spices include cumin, coriander, ginger, and cinnamon.
