Customer Success

Customer success is a way of making sure that people using a product or service have a good experience. It involves understanding what people need, helping them use the product or service, and making sure they get the results they want. For example, customer success managers might help set up a customer's account, provide on-going customer support, and keep an eye on customer feedback to make sure they're happy with the overall experience.
