Customer attrition

Okay, let's imagine you have a lemonade stand. And there are lots of people who come to your stand to buy lemonade every day. These people are your customers.

But one day, some of these customers stop coming to your stand to buy lemonade. This is called customer attrition. It means that you're losing your customers.

It can happen for many different reasons. Maybe they found another lemonade stand that's closer or cheaper. Or maybe they just got tired of drinking lemonade all the time.

When you're running a business, it's really important to keep your customers happy so that they'll come back again and again. One way to do this is by listening to their feedback and making changes to improve their experience.

If you don't take good care of your customers, they might start to leave and you'll lose their business. And that's something no lemonade stand owner wants!
