DShield

Dshield is like a big group of best friends who help each other stay safe on the playground. It's a website where people who have computers can share information about bad guys who try to break into their computers and make them do bad things.

When someone notices a bad guy trying to get into their computer, they tell the other people in the Dshield group by sending a message to the website. This way, all the other people in the group know what to look out for and can protect their own computers.

Dshield also tells the grown-ups (called security professionals) who work to protect all the computers in the whole wide world (called the internet). The security professionals use the information from Dshield to find out what bad guys are doing and how to stop them.

So, imagine if you and your friends help each other avoid being bullied by sharing information, and grown-ups like your parents and teachers use this information to help protect everyone. That's what Dshield is like!
