Dana (Buddhism)

Dana is a part of Buddhism, also known as the "practice of kindness". It is the act of giving and receiving gifts to others out of kindness. It can be anything from physical gifts, like money or food, or even something like sharing kind words or a smile. The idea is to be generous and open-hearted to others, to give without expecting anything in return. Achieving this kind of kindness helps people to be more connected with each other, and to spread happiness.
