Data quality firewall

Imagine you have a toy box and you like to keep all your toys organized, clean and in a good condition, right? That's exactly what a data quality firewall does, but with information instead of toys.

So, when you use your toys, sometimes they get dirty or you can break them. Similarly, when people use information on a computer, sometimes they enter incorrect data, or have data with mistakes, which can also affect the quality of the information.

Here comes the data quality firewall! It is a special helper on the computer which only lets high quality and trustworthy information enter the system, while blocking low quality or untrustworthy information like a fence around your toy box. This helps keep your information safe and ensures you only have good quality data to work with.

Just like your parents check if your toys are clean and in a good condition before they allow you to play with them, the data quality firewall checks and monitors the quality of information which enters the computer, making sure it is correct, complete and free of errors.

Now because the computer handles a lot of information, this fence (firewall) needs to be really smart and quick in it's understanding if information is safe and good. That's why special kind of software's and clever people are used to build such a firewall, so that it can protect us from harmful or incorrect information while letting good information pass through.
