Dedovshchina

Dedovshchina is when big kids in a group pick on and hurt little kids. It happens a lot in Russia among soldiers. The big soldiers make the new soldiers do hard and even dangerous tasks, like cleaning the bathroom with their bare hands or jumping from a high place. They also hit and bully them. This is very mean and unfair, and it can hurt the little soldiers a lot. Just like how it's not okay to pick on someone smaller than you, dedovshchina is also not okay. Everyone should be kind and respectful to each other, no matter if they're big or small.
