Deep fried egg

Okay kiddo, so you know how we cook eggs by boiling them or frying them on a pan, right? Well, with deep fried eggs, we do something a little different.

First, we take a raw egg and carefully crack it open into a bowl. Then, we add some flour and seasoning (like salt and pepper) to the egg mixture to make it a bit thicker.

Next comes the deep-frying part. We heat up a big pot of oil – kind of like when we make french fries – and carefully drop the egg mixture into the hot oil. The mixture puffs up and becomes crispy on the outside while still staying soft and gooey on the inside.

Once the egg is fried, we take it out of the oil and let it cool for a bit. Then we can eat it just like that, or put it on top of other things like rice or noodles.

So that's how we make a deep fried egg – it's kind of like a crispy, crunchy version of a regular egg!
