Defense Security Cooperation Agency

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is a branch of the United States Department of Defense (DoD) that works to improve relationships between the U.S. and other countries by helping to promote security and stability. The DSCA does this by providing the other countries with military training and equipment, such as weapons and vehicles, that can be used to help them protect their borders or fight against terrorism. The DSCA also helps coordinate military exchanges between the U.S. and other countries, and provides funding for various international defense programs.
