Demarchy

Demarchy is a way of choosing leaders or representatives for a group. Instead of people voting for the person they think is best, a demarchal system randomly selects people for important roles. This means that people don't have to worry about things like money or popularity influencing the outcome of the election. Demarchal system can be used to pick the most qualified people for a job, no matter who they are or where they come from.
