Democracy Ranking

Democracy ranking is a way of scoring countries to show how democratic they are. It's kind of like a school report card - a country that is democratic will get a high score, while a country that isn't very democratic will get a low score. To decide how democratic a country is, we look at things like how free its elections are, how free the press is, and how free the people are to make their own choices. Countries that do well on these measures get higher scores, while countries that don't do as well get lower scores.
