Democratic education

Democratic education is a type of education where students get to make decisions about their own learning. Instead of having a teacher telling students what to learn and how to learn it, everyone works together to decide what they will do in class, how their school is run, and what their rules will be. In this way, the students have more control over their education and their environment.
