Demographic crisis of Russia

A demographic crisis means that there are too few people in a country. In the case of Russia, this means that not enough people are being born to replace older people who are dying. This means that the population is shrinking and there will be fewer people in the future. This can cause problems because a smaller population means fewer people to work and pay taxes and also can lead to a lack of resources.
