Demographic history of Crimea
Crimea is a place where many people have lived throughout history. At one time, it was home to the ancient Greeks, who built many great cities there. Later, it was ruled by the Mongols, who were fierce warriors from Asia. In the 1700s, it became part of the Russian Empire, and many Russians moved there to live.
