Design strategy

Design strategy is like playing with building blocks. When you play with building blocks, you need to think about what you want to build before you start putting pieces together.

Design strategy works in the same way - before designing something, like a product or a website, you need to think about what you want it to look like or how you want it to work, and what message you want it to convey. This is called creating a plan or a strategy.

Imagine that you want to build a house out of blocks. Before putting any blocks together, you need to think about what size the house should be, how many rooms it should have, and which colors you want to use. Based on this plan, you start building your house.

Similarly, with design strategy, you create a plan that includes the goals you want to achieve and the audience you are targeting. Then, based on this plan, you start designing your product or website.

Design strategy is like having a recipe before making a meal. If you have a recipe, you know what ingredients you need and how much of each. Similarly, with design strategy, you have a plan that helps you know what to include and how much of each component you need to make a successful design.
