Dieng Plateau

Dieng Plateau is a big place in Indonesia where there are a lot of mountains and volcanoes. Think of it like a big playground where the ground is really high up. Because it's so high up, it's also really cold up there, just like when you're playing in the snow during winter time.

People like to visit Dieng Plateau because there are cool things to see and do, like visiting temples and natural hot springs. There are also very special things that happen on the ground, called geothermal activity. This means that there is heat coming from the inside of the earth that can make water really hot and even create steam that comes out of the ground!

Even though it's a fun place to visit, you have to be careful because it's also dangerous. Some of the volcanoes are still active which means that they can erupt at any time. This is like when you shake up a bottle of soda, and if you open it too quickly, the bubbly soda comes out really fast. It's important to listen to experts and stay safe when visiting Dieng Plateau.
