Diffusion MRI

Diffusion MRI is a type of medical imaging used to look at areas inside your body. It works by sending out a strong magnetic field and then measuring how quickly the water molecules in your body move. When the water molecules move quickly in one direction, it means that the surrounding area is healthy. When the water molecules move more slowly, it usually means that there is something wrong in the area. Diffusion MRI can help doctors to find and diagnose conditions such as tumors and other illnesses.
