Digital addict

Digital addiction is when someone spends so much time playing video games, watching shows, browsing the internet, and using social media that it starts to take away from other parts of their life, like sleeping and spending time with friends and family. It can be hard to know if someone has a digital addiction because it can look like they're just having a lot of fun, but someone who is addicted to the internet or gaming will think about it all the time and it will start to affect how they do in school or work, how they feel, how long they sleep at night, and how often they hang out with friends and family.
