Digital signature forgery

Digital signature forgery is when someone uses a fake signature to try to pretend they are someone else. This can be done to try to get money or to do something that they are not allowed to do. To prevent this from happening, there are computers that can tell if the signature is real or fake. This is done by using a special type of code called a 'digital signature'. It is like an electronic fingerprint and it is unique to each person. If the code doesn't match what is expected, the computer will know that someone is trying to forge a signature and it will not allow the transaction.
