Dike (mythology)

In some cultures, people believe in gods and goddesses who have special powers and can control things like nature, love, war, and the afterlife. One of these gods is called Dike, which means justice in Greek.

Dike is often depicted as a woman holding scales, which represent the balance of justice. She's also sometimes shown wearing a crown, which symbolizes her authority.

According to ancient Greek mythology, Dike was the daughter of Zeus, who was the king of all the gods. She was known as a fair and impartial goddess who judged the actions of mortals and punished those who behaved unfairly.

In simple terms, Dike is the goddess of justice who ensures that everyone follows the rules and is punished if they act unfairly.
