Direct-to-consumer advertising

Direct-to-consumer advertising is when a company sells and promotes their products directly to the people (or consumers) who will use and buy them. Companies do this by having television and radio commercials, billboard signs, ads on the Internet, and more. By doing this, companies are able to get their message out to a larger group of people and let them know about the products or services the company offers. To the people who see and hear these ads, the company hopes that they will buy their product. That way, the company can make more money and grow. That's direct-to-consumer advertising.
