DirectX Video Acceleration

DirectX Video Acceleration (or DXVA) is a technology used in computers to speed up the processing of video. DXVA allows your computer to take advantage of extra processing power from the graphics card to process video faster than would otherwise be possible. This means that videos will play more smoothly, with less choppiness, and better quality. DXVA works by allowing your computer to send the video data to the graphics card to be processed instead of using the computer’s main processor. It also allows your computer to use the graphics card’s more powerful processing power to compress videos, making them smaller and easier to store.
