Dismissal (employment)

Dismissal (in employment) is when an employer tells an employee that they no longer work for the company. This means that the employee can't come back to work and will no longer receive money from the employer. This usually happens when an employee breaks the rules, does not do their job properly, or the employer wants to cut costs.
