ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Disorderly conduct

Disorderly conduct is when someone does something that breaks the rules. It's like when you get in trouble at school or with parents. Disorderly conduct means that you did something wrong or bad, and it is against the law. So if you do something wrong in public, like making a lot of noise, arguing with someone, or doing something illegal, that's disorderly conduct.
