Districts of Hungary
Okay, so imagine Hungary is a giant puzzle with many pieces. Each piece is called a district. There are a total of 19 districts, and they are like little areas within Hungary that are different from one another.
The districts are named after their biggest city or town, like Budapest or Győr-Moson-Sopron. Each district has its own government and is responsible for things like taking care of the roads, collecting taxes, and making sure people are safe.
Just like you have a house with different rooms for different things, each district has different things that make it special. Some districts have lots of farmland and produce yummy food, while others have big cities with lots of shopping and entertainment.
But no matter what district you are in, everyone in Hungary works together to make it a great place to live. And that, my dear, is what districts of Hungary are all about.
