Doris (Asia Minor)
Okay kiddo, so there was this place a long long time ago called Asia Minor. And in Asia Minor, there was a really special fish called Doris.
Doris was special because it lived in a place where no other fish could survive - in a rocky pool where fresh water and salt water mixed together.
People who lived in Asia Minor thought Doris was so amazing that they even made a statue of her! The statue was made out of marble and had little details like scales and fins to make it look just like Doris.
