Douche

A "douche" is something that some ladies use to clean their private parts. It's like a bottle that has a special liquid (usually water and vinegar) inside it. When a lady wants to feel clean down there, she can squirt some of the liquid into her vagina with the douche bottle, and then let it come back out. It's important to be very careful when using a douche because it can sometimes cause infections or irritation. Some doctors say that it's actually healthier for ladies to just use warm water to clean down there instead of using a douche.
