Dutch conjugation

Okay, kiddo, let's talk about Dutch conjugation!

In Dutch, verbs (the action words) change depending on who is doing the action and when it is happening. This is called conjugation.

Let's take the example verb "lopen," which means "to walk." When I am walking, I say "ik loop" which means "I walk." But if my friend is walking, they would say "jij loopt" which means "you walk."

See how one word changes depending on who is doing the walking? This is conjugation in action.

Now, it gets a little more complicated when we talk about different tenses (the timing of the action). For example, if I want to say "I will walk" in Dutch, I say "ik zal lopen" which means "I shall walk."

So, in summary, Dutch conjugation is when we change the verb depending on who is doing the action and when it is happening. It lets us speak correctly and clearly.
