Dymaxion map

A dymaxion map is a type of map which shows the earth in a very unique way. Instead of showing continents and countries as they are usually seen, a dymaxion map shows the entire world on one flat surface like it was unfolded from a globe. This means the continents and countries don't look the same and are rearranged in different shapes and sizes. The dymaxion map also ignores the curvature of the earth, so it is much flatter than a globe or a traditional map. This map is useful for showing how different countries and continents are connected.
