Ecoscaping

Ecoscaping is like playing dress-up, but instead of dressing up yourself or a doll, you are dressing up your backyard to be more like nature.

In nature, all the plants, animals, and bugs help each other out and live together happily. When we make changes to our yard, like building a house or putting in a pool, it can mess up the natural balance. Ecoscaping helps us fix this problem by making our yards more like nature again.

There are lots of fun things we can do to ecoscape our yard. We can plant flowers that are good for bees and butterflies to visit, add bushes or plants that provide food and shelter for birds, and even create little homes for bugs and other critters! We also use natural ways to take care of our yard, like using compost and rainwater instead of harsh chemicals and sprinklers.

This not only helps bring more life and beauty to our yard, but it also helps our earth by reducing pollution and using fewer resources. Ecoscaping is a great way to be kind to nature and create a happy home for all the living things in our backyard!
