Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan

Okay kiddo, so you know how we have rules and laws to keep us safe and make sure we all behave properly? Well, a long time ago, the people in charge of Pakistan decided to make a new rule called the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan.

This special rule changed a lot of things in how the government of Pakistan works. It gave more power to the provinces (kind of like states) instead of just having all the power in the central government. This means that the local government of each province can decide more things for their own area instead of relying on the central government to do it all.

The Eighteenth Amendment also made it so that the President of Pakistan doesn't have as much power anymore. Instead, the Prime Minister and Parliament have more power to do things like make laws and spend money.

Overall, the goal of the Eighteenth Amendment was to make the government of Pakistan more fair and democratic. It's like when you play a game with friends and you want to make sure everyone has a fair chance to win and no one is bossing everyone else around. That's what the Eighteenth Amendment is all about!
