Electric vehicle warning sounds

Hey kiddo, have you ever heard a car honk or make a beeping noise? That's because those sounds help people know when a car is coming or when it is backing up.

Now, electric cars are different because they don't make a lot of noise like regular cars do. This means that people might not hear them coming and could accidentally walk or run in front of them.

To help keep everyone safe, electric cars have special warning sounds that play when they are driving at slow speeds, like when they are driving in a parking lot or on a busy street.

These warning sounds are usually designed to be loud enough to hear but not too loud to be annoying. Some car companies even let you choose the sound your car makes!

So, whenever you hear a beep or a sound from an electric car, it's because the car is trying to let you know that it's coming.
