Electronic counter-countermeasure

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes people try to stop bad guys from using electronics to do bad things? Well, those people use something called electronic countermeasures to stop the bad guys. But sometimes the bad guys try to block the countermeasures with something called electronic counter-countermeasures – it's like they're playing hide and seek with gadgets!

So, the people who want to stop the bad guys then have to come up with special tricks to find and stop the bad guys' electronic toys. It's sort of like when you hide in a really good spot during hide and seek, and your friend has to try extra hard to find you. But instead of playing a game, it's a very serious grown-up job to protect people from bad things happening.
