Elsevier is a company that publishes books and magazines about science and medicine. They have lots of articles and journals that doctors and researchers use to learn about new discoveries and to share their own findings with other people. It's kind of like a big library where people go to read and write about science stuff. They also have a website called ScienceDirect where people can find all of the articles and journals they publish.
