ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Employment consultant

Have you ever heard of a helper who helps big people find good jobs to work at? That helper is called an employment consultant!

Let’s break it down even further. An employment consultant is like a job matchmaker. They try to find jobs that are a good fit for people who are looking for work. They help people with things like writing resumes, filling out job applications, and practicing how to ace a job interview.

Employment consultants work with both employers (where big people work) and people looking for jobs (like Mom or Dad). They talk to bosses about what kind of workers they need and then try to find people who fit that description. The employment consultant then tells the job seeker about the job opening and, if the job meets the job seeker's interests, they help them apply and prepare for an interview.

Employment consultants are like superhero helpers because they can help people find jobs that they might never have thought about or known existed!
