ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Empty product

Well kiddo, an empty product is like having a really empty box or bag. You know how sometimes when you buy something, like a toy, it comes in a box? Well, imagine if you opened the box and there was nothing inside. That's kind of like an empty product.

For example, if you wanted to buy a pack of gum, but when you opened the pack, there was no gum inside, that would be an empty product.

It's kind of like when you go to the store and they have a shelf with nothing on it. That shelf is empty, just like an empty product.

Now, some people might wonder why anyone would even sell an empty product. The truth is, usually it's a mistake. Sometimes things get packaged wrong, or the product falls out before it gets sealed up.

So basically, an empty product is just a mistake where the thing you're supposed to get is missing. It's like getting a toy with no batteries, or a present with no wrapping paper. It's just not quite right!
