Encyclopedia of Earth

So you know how you have books and websites that tell you about trees and animals and even planets? An encyclopedia is a BIG book or website that has information on lots of different things. And the Encyclopedia of Earth is a special encyclopedia that only tells you about the Earth and everything in it!

It's like a really big book with lots of pages, but it's not just made out of paper, it's on the computer too! You can use the internet to access it and read all about the different parts of our planet, like the oceans and the mountains and even the air we breathe!

There are different people called geologists, biologists, and chemists that study different parts of Earth, like rocks or plants or air quality. They write down what they learn and put it in the encyclopedia. So when you read it, you can learn all about what they discovered!
