Energy Autonomy

Energy autonomy is when a place or a person is able to use their own energy to power what they need without relying on someone else to provide it. This might be a person creating their own electricity, like by having solar panels on the roof of their house. Or it could be a place like a city or a country that can meet its own energy needs without relying on other countries or companies.
