Environmental activist killings in Honduras

Okay kiddo, sometimes people who care a lot about the environment and want to protect it from being harmed by big companies or the government, go to countries like Honduras to try to help. Unfortunately, some of these environmental activists have been hurt or even killed by people who don't want them interfering with their plans to make money or control the resources. It's really sad and scary, but some people don't understand how important it is to take care of our planet and the animals that live on it, so they will do whatever it takes to stop anyone who gets in their way. It's important to remember that everyone deserves to be safe and able to speak up for what they believe in, even if others don't agree with them.
