Ephebos

Ephebos are young people between the ages of 14 and 18. They are coming of age and learning to take on more mature roles in their community, like taking on more responsibility and making their own decisions. This can be a difficult time for young people, but it is also a time for them to explore who they are and what their values are. Ephebos often attend special ceremonies to mark their transition from childhood to adulthood.
