Erich Hartmann

Erich Hartmann was a pilot who flew airplanes called fighter planes during a big war a long time ago called World War II. He was really good at flying these planes and he won a lot of fights in the sky against other pilots from different countries. He was so good, in fact, that he is known as the best fighter pilot in the history of the world. He even had a nickname, "The Black Devil", because of how sneaky and smart he was when he flew his plane. Even when the war was almost over, he kept fighting and did not give up until he was caught and put in jail.
